To buy a shirt in Chrum.Com virtual shop, on the sub-website with a chosen t-shirt mark a size, color and its type. On the page BASKET, being ordered shirts can be modified due to options "add" and "remove" There must be specified a number of items of an ordered shirt. After you accept the BASKET content the must be filled in a form with buyer’s personal data. Next step you chose the form of payment and shirt delivery way. If a card payment was chosen the Customer visits eCard automatically. The service of Chrum.Com shop can’t see the given data on the eCard sites.


2 :::::: DELIVERY :::::: 2

In our shop you can chose from two types of goodsdelivery:

- by Poczta Polska. Shipping cost of bought goods by Poczta Polska within the territory of Poland is 10.00 PLN. Delivery time – about 7 days. Cost of shipping to every European country (shipping also executed by Poczta Polska with receipt confirmation) is 50.00 PLN. Delivery time is about 14 days.

- by Rakieta Courier – recommended by Chrum.Company. Courier delivery concerns exclusively the area of administration borders of Warsaw City. Courier’s delivery cost is 15.00 PLN Packages are delivered on Tuesdays and Fridays from 6 PM to 9 PM There is a possibility of agreeing over a particular hour different from previously quoted ones if anybody wishes. Please, contact us due to info@chrum.com  

The delivery cost is a buyer’s duty. Customer chose the form and delivery way.


3 :::::: PAYMENT :::::: 3

In Chrum.Com shop there can be chosen one of three forms of payment:

- cash on delivery,
- credit card,
- e-transfer of money.

There are accepted cards by VISA and MASTERCARD. Transactions made by credit cards are protected due to special and safe connection SSL (Security Socket Layer). Data from credit cars are sent directly into eCard server. Chrum.Company doesn’t have an access to its Customers’ credit cards. A credit card won’t be charged earlier than on the day of goods shipping. From the moment of placing an order to its shipping, eCard reserves on a card account the amount that is equal to an order’s value.
Customers out of Poland and with delivery address out of Poland can make purchases by credit cards only.
All prices quoted on the www.chrum.com are gross prices, that is, they include VAT.


4 :::::: RETURN :::::: 4

Customer is in his / her rights to give goods back without a reason but not later than 10 days of package receipt date. Resignation of the goods after this period won’t be accepted. The goods that are given back can’t be destroyed, dirty, damaged and can’t have any traces that could suggest it was worn. Costs of shipping won’t be re-paid. To the goods that are given back there must be attached the signified invoice’s copy and a bank account number on which the money shall be transferred back. Goods being given back must be sent back (on the owner’s) to this address:

Returns sent on Chrum.Company won’t be accepted. The payment will be paid back due to re-funding a bill that was paid, after the costs of delivery will be discounted.

Customer personal data will be proceeded by ChrumCompany s.c. 17 Bokserska Street, 02-690 Warsaw in order to execute orders placed in virtual shop Chrum.Com and marketing actions (according to Resolution dated on August 29 1997 concerning the Personal Data Protection Dz. Sect. no. 133 poz. 883)
